Is the showroom available for walk-ins?

Yes! While our showroom is available for walk-ins, we would recommend booking a consultation with one of the tile experts on our team. This will ensure that your project is given the attention it deserves, with our team being able to offer the full extent of our advice and expertise.

What samples are available?

In our tile showroom in West Wickham, we have an incredibly wide array of tile samples for you to look through. As platinum partners for Ca’Pietra, we offer their incredible range and a beautiful selection of tiles. We can also order in any samples you wish,  so you can experience the tiles in person.

What is the ordering process?

To place an order of tiles for your home’s project, all you have to do is select your tile of choice and let us know your calculations for how many you will need. We will then place your order and get your stunning tiles delivered straight to your home.

How do I send something back?

After your delivery, you will have up to 30 days to return your tiles. Unused products must be in their original packaging, and the full quantity must be returned. They must be pre-authorised, and returns should be organised via courier.

How do I know which tile is good for certain circumstances?

We have a range of tiles available, for your bathroom spaces, outdoor use, and further options. Our tile experts at Rouse Tile Studio will be able to advise you on which tiles out of the extensive range are available for use for your specific needs.

Do you provide installation services?

We will be able to provide you with our recommendations for professional installers to fit your tiles in your home. It is important that this part of your project is completed by an experienced professional who is well-versed in laying tiles in a range of environments.

Do you provide maintenance services?

As part of the finishing touches for your project, we can provide the sealant and cleaning products you may need to keep your tiles looking pristine in your home and ensure their longevity. Our team will be able to advise you on how exactly to use these products.

Can you help me with design and style for my home?

Yes, absolutely. Our team at Rouse Tile Studio is passionate about all things tile-related, so we would love to give you our advice on the tiles to pick for your home. We know our stuff when it comes to colour theory and complementing different textures and shades.

What is involved in a consultation service?

Our consultation service is where you can really benefit from our team. When you come to our showroom for your consultation, you will be greeted warmly and provided with your drink of choice before we get down to business. We will go through your options with you during your bespoke service, finding the perfect tiles for your property.

What is the lead time for tiles?

The lead time for tiles ordered from Ca’Pietra is fast – once the order is placed, you will usually find that your new tiles can be delivered in three to four days. This is subject to availability, but here at Rouse Tile Studio we value you having a positive experience with us, so we will do what we can to ensure your satisfaction.

Do you assist with cutting?

If your tiles require cutting to fit perfectly in their intended space, this is something that your installer will be able to help you with. This will ensure that your tiles are laid seamlessly in your home, ensuring that your space is elevated with a beautiful design.
